NSF Regional Innovation Engines: 2-Year Impact Report

Two years in, the NSF Regional Innovation Engines program is already delivering results. From research and development to tough tech commercialization, workforce development, and regional economic growth, the first cohort of 9 Engines — including the NSF Energy Storage Engine in Upstate New York — is demonstrating what’s possible when the public sector invests in regions equipped to lead.
